Last month's News: List 284, March, 2005
284 down, 1 to go! I confess that I had a bit of difficulty this month getting
the gumption up to get it typed. I guess that I really am looking forward to
foregoing the monthly rigors of typing these lists (a task that takes more than
a full week of 10-hour days every month). So, I'm a bit later than I would like
with this list. Actually, our last list in April before our merger in May with
Mikrokosmos, will be a humdinger, probably about 3 or 4 times the size of our
usual lists. This is because I plan to list all as yet unlisted items in our
stock. I would guess, therefore, that the April list will be rather late, even
though I plan to begin typing it almost immediately.
Many thanks to all of you who sent warm wishes and best regards for my change
in career. I greatly appreciate all the kind comments that we received from
so many of you. This part of the business, at least, I shall greatly miss-that
of dealing with so many nice and knowledgeable people. I cannot begin to say
how much I have learned over the course of the years from so many of you!
Important! Soon, I will be preparing the list of our Ars Antiqua customers
with all relevant information to give to my friend and colleague, Peter Fulop,
at Mikrokosmos. You may be sure that Peter is completely trustworthy and honest
in his dealings, and may be trusted to keep all information that we pass along
to him well guarded. He will not sell the mailing list to any other businesses.
However, if for any reason that you prefer that we not give any or all of the
information that we have in our computer to him, please let me know, and I shall
respect your wishes. If I do not hear from you by the end of this month, I will
assume that you are amenable to such information (including your credit card
information) being passed along to Peter.
